1 General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the Baaghi 365 platform and all of its services. Baaghi 365 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes.

In these terms, "platform" refers to the Baaghi 365 website, mobile app, and all associated services. "Member" refers to any registered user.

2 Account Registration

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on baaghi 365:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Only use bKash, Nagad, or other approved payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited. Funds transferred this way will not be refunded.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact customer support within 24 hours.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Your first withdrawal must be made using the same method you used to deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold for verification if a transaction appears unusual or suspicious.

4 Betting Rules

All members must comply with the following general rules when betting on Baaghi 365:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the match or event is called off beforehand.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, baaghi 365 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any account found to be involved in match-fixing or betting with insider information will be closed immediately.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. In the event of any discrepancy caused by network delays, the server record will be considered definitive.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Baaghi 365 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The applicable wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) must be met first.
• Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will expire and be forfeited once that period ends.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Baaghi 365 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Refusing to complete KYC verification.

If an account is closed, any verified balance will generally be refunded — however, if fraud is proven, all funds will be forfeited.

9 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

If your issue is not resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to our licensing authority. Server logs and records will serve as the final evidence in any dispute.

10 Changes to Terms

Baaghi 365 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notice will be posted on the platform and the update date will be displayed at the top of the page.
• For significant changes, you may also be notified by email.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
